The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 4.2.1 Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Living In The Tarnogród Commune, Excluding Waste Related To Business And Agricultural Activities. Waste Collection Will Take Place In Front Of The Property After Prior Disposal By The Property Owner; 4.2.2 Running A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Tarnogród Commune, And In Particular The Collection, Transport And Management Of The Mass Of Municipal Waste Collected There, Including Waste From Agricultural Activities; 4.2.3 Equipping Serviced Properties With Durable And Marked Bags For Selective Waste Collection; 4.2.4 Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste And Biodegradable Waste To Municipal Waste Treatment Installations In Accordance With The Principle Of Proximity Described In Art. 20 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And In The Event Of A Failure Of A Given Installation, To The Installation Indicated As A Replacement In The Waste Management Plan For The Lublin Voivodeship, With Which The Contractor Will Conclude A Contract, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 4.2.5 Preparing A Schedule For The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Living In The Tarnogród Commune; 4.2.6 Reporting; 4.2.7 Organizing, By The End Of The First Quarter Of 2027, Information And Educational Activities In The Field Of Proper Management Of Municipal Waste, Consisting In Preparing 2,000 Information Leaflets On The Principles Of Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste And Distributing These Leaflets Among The Residents Of The Tarnogród Commune. Leaflet Parameters: A4 Format, Chalk Paper, Full Color. The Content Of The Leaflet Must Be Approved By The Ordering Party Before It Is Produced. 4.3. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4.4. The Basic Amount Of Waste To Be Collected Will Be 864.17 Mg, And The Amount Covered By The Option Right Will Be An Additional 86.43 Mg.
