Work Detail
Earthmoving Work – Biolv_Dhm_M4. In The Area Of Operation, The Requirements Of The Respective Protected Area Regulations Must Be Observed. The Work Mostly Takes Place On Peat-Covered Raised Moor Areas Covered With Trees And With Varying Degrees Of Residual Peat Thickness. In Some Cases There May Also Be A Mineral Subsoil. The Areas Contain Valuable Raised Moor Vegetation That Needs To Be Protected. The Areas Are Often Damp To Wet, Uneven And Can Be Criss-Crossed By Overgrown Trenches And Old Hand Peat Cuttings. Garbage Deposits And/Or Foreign Materials From The Time Of Peat Mining Must Be Expected In The Areas. Access Is Via Farm Roads, Some Of Which May Not Be Developed. There Are No Paved Paths In The Areas Themselves. The Intervention Areas Can Be Located In Different Raised Bogs And Consist Of Different Sub-Areas That Have To Be Approached Individually (Overview Of The Application Areas In The Appendix). Due To The Partially Unclear Accessibility Of The Areas To Be Used, The Operational Activity Is Checked And Determined On Site By The Construction Management. The Areas Of Action Can Sometimes Directly Border One Another Or Even Overlap. The Project And Construction Management Strives For Construction Windows That Are As Contiguous As Possible In Order To Minimize The Number Of Machines Being Transported To And From The Site. It Is Strongly Recommended That The Bidder Inspect The Location And Find Out About The Local Conditions Before Submitting His Offer. Additional Expenses Resulting From Ignorance Of The Location Will Not Be Reimbursed. In Order To Drive To The Moorland For A Viewing, An Entry Permit Is Required, Which Can Be Obtained From The Diepholz District Fd 67 District Development. If Requested In Good Time (At Least 8 Days Before The Offer Deadline), Individual Site Visits Can Be Offered.
