Construction Work – Green Hub - Lot 004 Scaffolding Work. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Scaffolding Work As Part Of The New Construction Of A Coworking Space In Lübbenau/Spreewald. The New Building Consists Of Four Floors (Three Full Floors And One Staggered Floor). The Building Is Around 20 M Wide, 50 M Wide And Around 17 M High. There Is A Staircase With An Elevator Shaft On Each Gable. These And The Floor Ceilings Are Made Of Reinforced Concrete. The Remaining Walls Consist Partly Of A Wooden Post Construction With A Wooden Facade In Front And A Post And Beam Construction. In The Center Of The Building There Is An Atrium Which Extends From The 1St To The 4Th Floor And Ends With A Glass Structure To Bring Daylight Into The Buildings Interior. The Work Must Be Carried Out In Sections/Floors As The Shell Construction Progresses. The Interior Console To Be Installed Will Be Dismantled In Preparation For The Facade Work, Replaced By An Interior Railing And Added Again Later. It Can Therefore Be Assumed That There Will Be Several Construction Phases.
