The Subject Of The Public Procurement Provides For The Organization And Holding Of International Events For The Needs Of The Leadership Of The Ministry Of The Interior. Events Can Be In A Different Format, Such As Conferences, Round Tables, Meetings, Expert Meetings, And Other International Events Related To The Activities Of The Ministrys Leadership. They Can Also Include Just Organizing Working Lunches Or Dinners For The Leadership Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs With International Partners, Diplomats Accredited To Bulgaria, Representatives Of European And International Organizations In Bulgaria And Others. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Provision Of Services For: - Hotel Accommodation; - Nutrition; - Transport​​​​​​​​ - Provision Of Halls And Technical Equipment, Including Video Connection If Necessary; - Production Of Badges, Signboards, Delegate Sets; - Printing/Distribution Of Materials; - Simultaneous/Consecutive Translation For The Events If Necessary; - Cultural Program, Etc., According To The Requirements Of The Technical Order Specification. ​​​​​​​​For The Duration Of The Contract For Each Individual Event, The Contracting Authority Will Purchase Goods And Services From The Subject Of The Order According To Its Needs According To The Proposed Unit Prices In The Price Proposal Of The Participant Selected As The Contractor And Is Not Obliged To Absorb The Total Value Of The Concluded Contract.
