This Public Contract Is Concluded From Its Notification Date Until The Expiry Of The Perfect Completion Guarantee Period Or The Lifting Of The Last Reservation If Receipt Is Accompanied By Such Reservations. The Estimated Duration For The Execution Of All Services Is 20 Weeks (Excluding The 12-Month Guarantee Of Perfect Completion), Not Including A Preparation Period Of 6 Weeks Maximum, By Way Of Derogation From Article 28.1 Of The Ccag-Works. The Start Date Of Services On 01/01/2027 Is Only Indicative. There Is No Provision For Division Into Batches Given The Nature Of The Services Which Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services And Does Not Justify Such An Allotment Which, If Necessary, Would Be Likely To Restrict Competition And Would Make The Performance Of The Services Technically More Difficult And Financially More Costly. The Contracting Authority May Entrust The Contract Holder, In Application Of Articles L. 2122-1 And R. 2122-7 Of The Public Procurement Code, With One Or More New Contracts Aimed At Providing Similar Services. The Period During Which A New Contract May Be Concluded Cannot Exceed 3 Years From Notification Of This Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Negotiate, By Email Or Via The Buyer Profile Or During One Or More Meetings, On The Basis Of The Criteria For Judging The Offers, With The Candidate(S) Having Submitted An Offer Likely To Be The Most Economically Advantageous, Possibly In Successive Phases In Order To Gradually Reduce The Number Of Solutions To Be Discussed Or Offers To Be Negotiated.
