Servers – Delivery And Storage Of Hardware Infrastructure For Pzł Swd Prm Regional Centers. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 18 Sets Of Devices, Of Which Each Set Of Devices Will Consist Of Three Individual Servers And Two Network Switches Enabling The Operation Of Servers In A Cluster. The Ordering Party Requires Delivery Of All Sets Of Devices To One Location Selected By The Contractor In The Republic Of Poland, Where The Protocol Acceptance Of The Devices Will Take Place. After Receiving The Devices, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Store The Devices And Successively Deliver Them To Individual Regional Centers Located In The Republic Of Poland (17 Locations), In Accordance With The Schedule Provided By The Ordering Party, Until April 15, 2027. The Locations Of Individual Regional Centers Will Be Made Available To The Contractor After Concluding The Contract. As Part Of Deliveries To Regional Centers, The Devices Will Be Assembled And Installed In The Ordering Partys Cabinets By A Third Party With Whom The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cooperate In Order To Properly Install And Commission The Devices. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Ppu, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Environmental Elements Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: • Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; • An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. The Contractor Submits An Appropriate Declaration In The Content Of The Bid Form. This Declaration Constitutes The Content Of The Submitted Offer. If The Content Of The Offer, Declaration, Documents Submitted With The Offer Or The Contractors Explanations Indicate That The Offer Includes The Solution Referred To Above, The Offer Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Act On Public Procurement.
