Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Transport Service For People With Disabilities Within The Municipality Of Kraków. 1. Name Of The Order: Transportation Service For People With Disabilities Within The Municipality Of Krakow. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of People With Disabilities Residing In The Municipality Of Krakow On The Terms Specified In The Contract Template And Its Annexes (In Particular In Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template, I.E. The Regulations For The Transport Of People With Disabilities). Transport Is Carried Out Only Within The Municipality Of Kraków. The Scope Of Transport Expected To Be Performed Is Approximately 816,000 Kilometers Of Transport, Including: - 2026 - 34,000 Kilometers Of Transport, - 2027 - 408,000 Kilometers Of Transport, - 2028 - 374,000 Kilometers Of Transport. Transport Is Understood As Driving With At Least One Authorized Person With A Disability. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have And Maintain, Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, An Appropriate Civil Liability Policy In The Field Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order, For An Insurance Sum Of At Least Pln 600,000.00, Which Will Be Presented At The Conclusion Of The Contract. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template With Annexes Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz.
