The Object Is The Delivery Of A Used, Battery-Electric Low-Floor Solo Bus Of Vehicle Class I With Two Passenger Doors Including The Special Equipment, Add-On Parts, Installation Preparations And Technical Interfaces Described Below. When Handed Over, The Vehicle Must Be Operational, Roadworthy And Suitable For Registration And Intended Use In Public Transport In Germany. The Offer Must Clearly Identify The Specific Individual Vehicle Being Offered; The Delivery Of An Unspecified Comparison Vehicle Is Excluded. The Vehicle May Be No More Than Four Years Old And Have A Maximum Total Mileage Of 90,000 Km (See Section 2A For Evidence).
