In Order To Realize A Renewed And Future-Oriented Ict Offering In A Timely Manner, The Contracting Authority Is Launching A Placement Procedure For The Replacement Of These Framework Agreements With Their Successor: The Ict Framework Agreements 2029. The Ict Framework Agreements 2029 Are Not A Mere Continuation Of The Existing Ict Framework Agreements 2022. Although They Are Aimed At Ensuring The Continuity Of The Existing Services, They Simultaneously Respond To Innovation And Anticipate The Rapid And Diverse Evolutions Within The Ict Landscape. With A View To Sustainable And Future-Proof Services. The Placement Procedure Is Conducted By The Facilities Company, With Substantive Guidance From Digitaal Vlaanderen. During The Implementation Of The Framework Agreements, Digital Flanders Will Take On The Management Role, In The Context Of Its Assignment To Guide The Digital Transformation Of The Flemish Government And Local Authorities.
