Special-Purpose Motor Vehicles – 8+1 Seater Vehicle Equipped With Tetra Station Within The Project Roua00523 – Unified Network For International Cooperation, Operational Response, And Neighboring Safety- Unicorn 2 Financed Through The Interreg Vi-A Next Romania-Ukraine 2021-2027 Program. In Order To Ensure An Appropriate Level Of Mobility And An Adequate Operational Capacity, The Purchase Of An 8+1-Seater Vehicle, Equipped With A Tetra Station, Is Necessary To Ensure The Operational Mobility Of The Prefect And The Staff Of The Prefects Institution In Carrying Out Monitoring, Control, Coordination And Intervention Activities In The Field, Including In Emergency Situations And Inter-Institutional Actions. The Vehicle Will Enable The Rapid Movement Of Operational Teams And Representatives Of Institutions Involved In Risk Management, As Well As Participation In Inter-Institutional And Cross-Border Cooperation Activities. At The Same Time, It Is Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project Financed By The Interreg Romania-Ukraine Program, Ensuring Logistical Support For Joint Activities With The Project Partners, The Movement Of Teams And The Effective Coordination Of The Planned Information Campaigns And Actions. The Acquisition Thus Contributes To Increasing Institutional Capacity, Mobility And Responsiveness In Risk And Emergency Situations. The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Supply Contract With Installation Service Included, With A Single Economic Operator. The Term Of Implementation Of The Contract Will Be 3 Months From The Date Of Signature By The Last Party, And The Term Of Supply Of The Products That Are The Subject Of The Contract Is 60 Days From The Date Of Signature By The Last Party.
