Quotation are invited for Printing of Entrepreneurship Handbooks and Business Training Modules (500 Sets) Print, bind and deliver 500 complete sets of entrepreneurship handbooks, business training modules and participant learning materials. Suppliers must specify the proposed page count, paper quality and weight, printing format, color or black-andwhite printing, and binding method. WRRS will provide the final print-ready content The selected supplier will be expected to: 1) Print, bind and deliver 500 complete sets to the location designated by WRRS in Afmadow District, Lower Juba, Somalia. 2) Ensure that all items conform to the approved specifications and quantities. 3) Package the printed sets appropriately to prevent damage, moisture exposure or loss during transportation. 4) Provide a delivery note confirming the number of complete sets delivered. 5) Allow WRRS representatives to inspect and verify the goods before acceptance. 6) Correct or replace incomplete, damaged, illegible or non-compliant printed materials at no additional cost to WRRS. Suppliers must indicate the proposed production and delivery period. The final delivery schedule will be agreed with the selected supplier and included in the purchase order or contract.
