Piece 100 2 Watering can Durable watering can with a capacity of approximately 10 litres, fitted with a handle and removable sprinkler rose for watering crops and seedlings. Piece 100 3 Spade/shovel Durable metal blade approximately 2025 cm wide, with a securely fitted handle approximately 90110 cm long. Piece 100 4 Garden rake Durable rake with approximately 1216 teeth and a handle approximately 120150 cm long. Piece 100 5 Protective gardening gloves Reusable gloves suitable for gardening, soil handling and routine agricultural activities. Assorted sizes M, L and XL Pair 100 6 Protective gumboots Durable waterproof or water-resistant protective boots suitable for agricultural work in wet and muddy conditions. Assorted Sizes 3845 Pair 100 Grand Total for Supply and delivery of 100 complete kit Expected Deliverables and Delivery Requirements The successful supplier will be expected to: 1) Deliver 100 complete agricultural starter kits to the location designated by WRRS in Afmadow District, Lower Juba, Somalia. 2) Ensure that all items conform to the approved specifications and quantities. 3) Package the materials appropriately to prevent loss or damage during transportation. 4) Provide a delivery note and itemized packing list showing the contents and quantities delivered. 5) Allow WRRS representatives to inspect and verify the goods before acceptance. 6) Replace any missing, damaged or non-compliant items at no additional cost to WRRS. The supplier must indicate the proposed delivery period in the quotation. The final delivery schedule will be agreed with the successful supplier and incorporated into the purchase order or contract. 5.
