2.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Budzyń Commune. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare Complete Design Documentation, Obtain The Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Permits, And Then Perform Construction Works And Equip The Facility In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Functional And Utility Program And Other Order Documentation. Gumowa In Budzyń, On Part Of The Plot Marked With Registration Number 1334/10, Located Within The Registration Area Of Budzyń-Miasto, Budzyń Commune.2.2 The Investment Includes: 1) Development Of Complete Design Documentation By The Contractor, In Particular: A) Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes Covering The Area Of The Planned Project, B) Development Of An Architectural And Construction Concept And Land Development And Agreeing It With The Ordering Party C) Preparation Of An Architectural And Construction Design Together With A Land Development Project, D) Preparation Of Technical And Executive Designs, E) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates, F) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), G) Preparation Of A Detailed Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of Construction Works, Developed On The Basis Of A Cost Estimate, Specifying The Deadlines For The Implementation Of Individual Scopes Of Works, In Accordance With The Program Functional And Utility And Applicable Legal Regulations.2.2.
