Tenders Are Invited For Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And From Pszok Located In The Tereszpol Commune From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Tereszpol Commune From The Area Of 7 Villages With A Mixed Container-Bag Municipal Waste Collection System And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Located In Tereszpol-Zaorenda From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027. 2. The Collected Waste Will Be Managed In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587). 3. The Approximate Amount Of Municipal Waste That The Ordering Party Expects To Be Collected From Owners Of Residential Properties And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point During The Order Implementation Period Will Be Approximately 540.62 Mg.4.Mixed Municipal Waste Will Be Collected From Containers With A Capacity Of 120 L And 240 L, And It Is Permissible For The Property Owner To Leave The Mixed Waste In A Black Bag, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect It.5.Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste In This Development Takes Place In A Bag System With A Capacity Of 120 Years 6.Number Of Households In The Tereszpol Commune - Approximately 1,087, Including 8 Multi-Unit Buildings With 42 Separate Properties. The Rules For Collecting Municipal Waste In Multi-Unit Buildings Are The Same As In Individual Farms.7.As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect Municipal Waste With The Following Frequencies: 1) From Residential Properties: A) Mixed Municipal Waste And Bio-Waste, Including Green Waste - Once A Month According To The Schedule; B) Segregated Waste Collected In Bags - Once A Month According To The Schedule; C) Furniture, Tires From Passenger Cars Max. 4 Pcs. Per Farm, Tires From Bicycles And Motorcycles, Clothing And Textiles - Twice A Year In March And July 2027.2) From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point - If Necessary, Upon Notification By The Ordering Party By Telephone Or E-Mail. The Frequency Of Waste Collection May Change Due To The Unpredictable Amount And Frequency Of Filling Containers By Residents.8.The Contractor Establishes A Waste Collection Schedule With The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract. Waste Should Be Collected Within One Business Day Specified In The Schedule. The Ordering Party May, If The Schedule Prepared And Presented For Approval By The Contractor Is Inconsistent With The Applicable Legal Order, In Particular Resolutions Of The Commune Council, Refuse To Approve It.
