The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of Selected Rooms In The Radio Gdańsk Building In The Material Scope Resulting From The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz (Annex No. 2 To The Swz), Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Annex No. 4 To The Swz), Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 3 To The Swz). The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. In Each Case Where In The Design Documentation, Opz Or In Stwiorb The Product (Material) Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Products (Materials). In The Event That In The Above-Mentioned Documents, The Subject Of The Order Was Described Using Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Products That Meet The Equivalence Criteria Specified For Specific Products, Materials, Devices In The Procedure Documentation. The Contractor Who Will Offer Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Construction Works (Including Devices And Materials) Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Fulfills This Obligation By Presenting The Said Solutions To The Ordering Party. Means Of Evidence.
