The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction, Installation And Finishing Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The 4Th Floor Of The Building In Order To Create The Interdisciplinary Laboratory Of (Bio)Circulation Economy In The Building Of The University Of Warmia And Mazury In Olsztyn, Located At Plac Łódzki 3, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Administrative Decisions, Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Applicable Legal Regulations, Along With Obtaining The Final Occupancy Permit Or Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party. Scope Investment: 1) Part No. 1 (Intended For Students) - Students Section In Accordance With The Functional Layout Of The Project Documentation. This Section Includes: Exercise Room, Sanitary Facility For Students, Computer Room 1, Computer Room 2, Corridor 1), 2) Part No. 2 (Intended For Department Employees) - Sections Laboratory, Department - Laboratories, Department - Part Administrative In Accordance With The Functional Layout Of The Project Documentation. These Sections Include: Studio 1A, Studio 2, Studio 3, Studio 4, Studio 1B, Studio 1C, Studio 1D, Studio 1E, Department - Office Rooms With A Meeting Room, Employee Sanitary Facility, Corridor 2.2.The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation For The Architectural And Construction, Sanitary, Electrical And Telecommunications Industries, Together With The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Procedure Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. In The Event Of Any Discrepancies Between The Design Documentation And The Bill Of Quantities, The Design Documentation And The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz) Should Be Considered As Superior.3.The Ordering Party Has Not Divided The Subject Of The Order Into Parts, The Contractor Must Submit An Offer Covering The Entire Order4.The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, However, The Requirements And Technical Parameters And Standards Specifying The Subject Of The Order Provided By The Ordering Party Are The Minimum Conditions That The Ordering Party Will Expect To Be Met. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Together With Its Description Or Standards. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Described Standards, Certificates, Technical Assessments, Approvals And Technical Specifications.
