Part I - Execution Of Repair Construction Works In The Building Of The Katowice Vocational Education Center At Ul. Techników 5 As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Repair Services In The Building Of The Katowice Vocational Education Center At Ul. Techników 5 In Katowice. The Scope Of The Order Includes: As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Repair Works In Connection With The Reported Defects, Indicated In The Post-Warranty Acceptance Reports. The Subject Of This Order Is To Remove The Defects Shown In The Post-Warranty Acceptance Reports, In Accordance With The Executive Documentation - Annex No. 6A To The Swz, I.E.: Repair Of The Collapsed Paving Stone Surface (Building C, Northern Side Of Building A), Adjustment Of The Emergency Door In Front Of The Dining Room. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In: - Executive Documentation With Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Annex No. 6A To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 5A To The Swz - Drafted Contractual Provisions, Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects - The Ordering Party Requires That The Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Completed Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Be Equal To The Quality Warranty Period. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract (Applies To Part I, Part Ii, Part Iii, Part Iv).
