The Ordering Party Envisages Renovations In The Following Order In Individual Towns: 1.Osęczyzna, 2. Rąbierz Kolonia, 3. Rynia, 4. Grabniak, 5. Czarnocin, 6. Głęboczyca, 7. Głęboczyca, 8. Modecin, 9. Makówiec Mały, 10. Radoszyna. The Ordering Party Envisages The Execution Of The Order In Such A Way That, As Part Of The Basic Order, Road Renovations Will Be Commissioned In The Locations Specified In Section 1-6. Under The Option Right, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Also Commissioning Road Renovations Specified In Section 7-10 – In Any Combination (None, Some Or All). The Same Contractual Provisions That Apply To The Basic Order Will Apply To Renovations Performed Under The Option Right.
