Work Detail
The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Repair And Renovation Of The Existing Roof Covering Of The Sports Hall Building And The Connector Building As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Roof Covering With Thermally Welded Felt On The Sports Hall Building With The Connector At Ul. Białoruska 4 In Świnoujście. Group Sp Z O. O. 3. Type, Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Roof Covering - Modernization Of The Roof Covering Of The Sports Hall And The Connector Is Designed Using Liquid Coating Membrane Technology, E.G. Hydronylon Or An Equivalent System. The Cover Is Designed In A Seamless Form, As A Cold Waterproofing Applied Directly On The Existing Roofing Felt (Without Tearing Off The Old Felt, Removing Thermal Insulation And Without Using An Open Flame). According To The Technical Expertise And Static-Strength Calculations, The Structure Of The Hall Roof (Ipe Steel Frames) And The Connecting Ceiling (B20 Reinforced Concrete Slabs) Has Sufficient Load-Bearing Capacity To Introduce A New Covering With A Waterproofing Membrane Weighing Approx. 10 Kg/M², However, Special Attention Should Be Paid To Ensuring That The Drainage System Operates Effectively, While Ensuring The Correct Slopes On The Roof To Prevent Water Retention On The Roof Slope, In Order To Eliminate Excessive Loads On The Structure.2) The Designed System Should Create A Flexible, Seamless Coating With High Adhesion To Bituminous Felt, Resistant To Uv, Water, Frost And Ground Movements. Light Colors (White, Light Gray) Will Provide A Cool Roof Effect (Reflecting Solar Radiation). The Entire System Must Meet The Watertightness Requirements And Be Approved For Use On Flat And Low-Slope Roofs (Min. Slope 1%).3) Drainage Of The Sports Hall Building - The Installation Of A Negative Pressure System, E.G. Geberit Pluvia Or Equivalent, Is Planned For The Sports Hall Building. The Current System Is Mixed (Pluvia Gullies + Gravity Pipes), Which Causes Inefficiency And Clogging. The System Is Based On The Principle Of Filling The Pipes With Water And Creating A Negative Pressure, Which Ensures High Efficiency With Small Pipe Diameters And A Self-Cleaning Effect.4) Drainage Of The Connector Building - Roof Drains Are Designed For The Connector Building: Coated Steel, Square Cross-Section 100X100 Mm, Sheet Thickness Min. 0.6–0.7 Mm, In Place Of The Existing Grooves (As Shown In The Drawing). Coated Steel Downpipes, Square Cross-Section 100X100 Mm, Sheet Thickness Min. 0.6 Mm, Mounted With Handles At A Spacing Of Max. 2.0 M. Passages Through External Walls: Made With The Use Of System Collars, Ensuring Full Tightness Of The Contact With The Wall And Waterproofing. 5) Sheet Metal Flashings - For The Sports Hall Building And The Connector, It Is Planned To Leave The Existing Sheet Metal Flashings After Repairing The Corroded Elements And Fragments And Covering Them With A Waterproofing Coating.
