The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Adaptation Of The Rooms Covered By The Study, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, The Requirements Specified In Stwiorb And Based On The Document Entitled Accessibility Standards In Local Government, Including The Exclusion Of Works Related To The Renovation Of The Staircase. The Scope Of The Order Includes Works Provided For In The Design Documentation For Adapted Rooms On The Ground Floor Of The Building, In Particular: • Construction Of New Partition Walls And Bricking Up Existing Openings, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, • Construction Of New And Enlargement Of Existing Openings By Chiseling, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, • Replacement Of Floors, • Execution Of Works Related To The Finishing Of Walls, • Replacement Of Cladding. Wall Tiles, • Execution Of Works Related To The Finishing And Renovation Of Ceilings, • Replacement Of Door Joinery, • Performance Of Works Related To The Renovation Of A Bathroom, • Adaptation Of The Bathroom To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, • Execution Of Necessary Installations And Installation Points In Rooms Marked In The Documentation As 0.1 - Office Room 1 And 0.2 - Managers Office, In Connection With The Change Of Their Function, • Execution Of The Necessary Electrical, Telecommunications And Lighting Installations And Supplementation Of Installation Equipment In Rooms Marked In The Documentation As 0.5 - Workstation - Id Cards And 0.6 - Office/Clinician, Created As A Result Of Dividing An Existing Room, • Performance Of Other Construction, Installation And Finishing Works Provided For In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb, Necessary For The Proper Construction And Use Of The Adapted Rooms. The Scope Of The Contract Excludes All Works Related To The Renovation Of The Staircase. Documentation The Design Also Includes The Staircase, But Works Related To Its Renovation Are Not The Subject Of This Order.
