The Scope Of Work Includes (Pzt: Pp. 4-5 And P.13 - Drawing Pz-1; Pab: P.6-20): - Bicycle Racks - 3 Pcs. - Zip Line - 1 Pc. - Tower With A Slide - 1 Pc.; - Wooden House - Pc. 1; - Weight Swing - Pc. 2; - Spring Rockers - Pc. 2;– Outdoor Gym (Elliptical Trainer, Runner, Rower, Bicycle);– Pergola;– Gazebo With Barbecue Facilities;– Sanitary Building (Toilet) - 1 Pc.– Amphitheater With Stage – 1 Pc.– Wall/Wall To Be Painted – 1 Pc.– Information Boards – 5 Pcs.– Park Benches With Backrests – 2 Pcs.– Water And Sewage Installation;– Paths Recreational Facilities; – Electrical Installation; – Windmill For Aerating The Pond; – Monitoring System In The Form Of Six Cameras Located On Existing Lampposts. The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Town Of Lisie Jamy On Plots With Registration Numbers: 490/1, 488, 469/8, 469/7, District: 0012 Lisie Jamy, Registration Unit 180904_2 – Lubaczów. In Addition, The Following Construction Works Should Also Be Performed As Non-Eligible Costs: - Construction Of An Underground Water Intake To Replenish Water In The Retention And Recreation Reservoir, In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation; - Maintenance And Minor Repairs (If Necessary) Of The Existing Benches, Baskets, Information Boards And Bicycle Racks Located On The Construction Site. Metal And Wooden Parts Must Be Maintained (Cleaned And Painted). Some (Approximately 30%) Of The Wooden Elements Of The Benches Should Also Be Replaced.
