The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Performance Of The Following Construction Works: 1) For The Scope Of Investment Task No. 1 In The Building Of The School Complex No. 5: A) Performance Of Preparatory, Security, Dismantling And Demolition Works, Including Dismantling Of Existing Finishing Elements, Door Joinery, Wainscoting And Used Cladding; B) Performance Of Construction And Finishing Works, Including In Particular Preparation, Repair, Leveling And Priming Of Surfaces Walls And Ceilings As Well As Applying New Paint Coatings; C) Installing New Floors, Including Preparing The Subfloor And Installing Pvc Floor Coverings In The Corridor, Cloakrooms And Room No. 4; D) Carrying Out A Comprehensive Renovation Of Toilet Rooms No. 1A, 2A And 3A, Including In Particular The Replacement Of Doors, Wall And Floor Coverings, Installation Of Sanitary Ceramics And Fittings, And Necessary Modifications To The Water Supply And Sewage Installations; E) Replacement Of The Indicated Door Joinery, Along With The Necessary Processing And Finishing Works After Its Installation; F) Construction Of New Wall Coverings Made Of Pvc (Vinyl) In The Corridor, Cloakrooms And Room No. 4, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Design Documentation; G) Performance Of Works In The Field Of Electrical Installation, Basic, Alarm And Evacuation Lighting, Including In Particular The Replacement Or Modernization Of The Installation, Construction Of The Necessary Cables, Power Points, Connectors And Accessories, Dismantling Of Existing Fixtures And Installation Of New Energy-Saving Led Fixtures And Emergency Lighting Fixtures, Along With Performing The Required Measurements And Checks; H) Delivery And Assembly Of Room Equipment, In Accordance With The Equipment Specification Constituting An Annex To The Design Documentation, In Particular Lockers, Benches, Showcases And Toilet Equipment; I) Carrying Out Reconstruction And Finishing Works Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Works; J) Carrying Out Cleaning Works And Preparing The Rooms For Use After Completion Of All Works; K) The Detailed Scope Of The Works, Requirements For Their Implementation And Material Requirements Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Agreement,
