1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Early And Late Consumption Potatoes In The Following Estimated Annual Average Quantities: 1.1. Late Potatoes - 123,250 Kg, Period Until June 19, 2027 And Then From September 1, 2027 To November 4, 2027, 1.2. Early Potatoes – 31,200 Kg, Period From June 20, 2027 To August 31, 20272. The Estimated Total Quantity Of Late And Early Potatoes Delivered To The Ordering Party Per Year Is 154,450 Kg, Including 123,250 Kg Of Late Potatoes And 31,200 Kg Of Early Potatoes.3. The Potatoes Included In The Order Must Be Of First Class Quality. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Potatoes That Meet The Requirements Contained In The Relevant Applicable Standards Pn - 75/R-74450. 6. The Contractor And The Food Products He Offers Must Meet The Requirements Of Normative Acts In Force In The Republic Of Poland.7. The Quantity Of Goods Specified In The Contract May Be Decreased Or Increased Due To Changes In Nutrition Planning (I.E. Selection Of Dishes And Their Recipes) And For Important Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party, E.G. Changes In Nutritional Status.8. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Up To 6 Times A Week, I.E. From Monday To Saturday, Except Sundays And Statutorily Specified Holidays According To. Unit Prices Specified In The Offer Price Form At Agreed Hours Based On Received Orders, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Two Catering Points In Kołobrzeg.9. The Ordering Party Will Place Detailed Orders By Telephone Or Fax At Least One Day Before The Expected Delivery Date, Delivery By 10.00, Delivery Time From The Moment Of Ordering Is A Maximum Of 12 Hours.10. The Payment Deadline Required By The Ordering Party Is 23 Days From The Date Of Issuing A Weekly Collective Vat Invoice Correct In Terms Of Quantity And Quality Of Individual Batches Of Goods Included In The Order.11. Potatoes Of The Irys, Irga, Sokół, Bryza, Bzura, Ślęza Or Equivalent Varieties.11.3. Sorted White Edible Potatoes Intended For Direct Consumption.11.4. The Indicated Minimum Transverse Diameter Of The Potato Measured At The Widest Point Of The Withers: From 10 Cm.11.5. Permissible Tolerances For Potatoes: Clusters Not Meeting The Quality Requirements - 5%, Including: Green Ones - 0.5%, Clusters With A Different Diameter But Not Less Than 5Cm - 3%, Mineral Impurities - 1%.11.6. Potatoes Should Be Of High Quality, Free From Spoilage And Without Mineral Impurities, 11.7. Large, Round-Oval Tubers, Shallow Eyes, Smooth Skin, 11.8. The Flesh Of Raw And Cooked Tubers Must Not Darken,11.9. After Cooking, The Potato Should Be Loose.11.10. Other Requirements: Uniform Variety With Each Delivery. 12.
