The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Development Of The Odra River Escarpment Areas For The Needs Of The Wine Park - Biological Diversity Center In Krosno Odrzańskie Along With Obtaining A Building Permit. When Designing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Conditions Resulting From Investments Planned In The Area Or Obtained Spatial Planning Documents, Geotechnical Conditions And Environmental Protection Conditions. As Part Of The Project Implementation, The Contractor Will Verify The Functional Layout Proposed By The Ordering Party, Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, In A Manner Consistent With The Regulations And The Conditions And Arrangements Obtained During The Preparation Of The Documentation. The Contractors Actions And The Results Of His Work Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Order And Be Accepted By The Ordering Party.
