The Subject Of The Order Includes Supervision And Protection Of Property In 5 Administrative Buildings Constituting The Headquarters Of The Real Estate Management Company In The Praga Północ District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw And Their Adjacent Areas At The Following Streets: Jagiellońska 23, Mackiewicza 11, Tarchomińska 14, Bródnowska 24 And Burdzińskiego 7 In Warsaw. All Buildings Are: Detached, Single-Staircase, With A Fenced Area And Lockable Gates. The Facilities Are Not Included In The Register Of Facilities Subject To Mandatory Protection. Supervision Will Be Performed By One Person Outside Zgns Working Hours At The Following Times: On Weekdays: From Monday To Thursday From 3.30 P.M. To 7.30 A.M. Until The Next Day, On Friday From 3.30 P.M. To 7.30 A.M. On Monday, On Non-Working Days - 24 Hours A Day. The Expected Maximum Number Of Hours Of Supervision During The Required Period Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Not Exceed 33,980 Hours. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Instruction On The Scope Of Activities And Responsibilities Of Security Staff In Zgn Facilities And Adjacent Areas - Annex No. 1 To The Contract, Which, Together With The Draft Contract, Constitutes - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Equip Persons Assigned To Direct Protection With Uniforms, Identifiers And Wireless Communication Means.
