The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Paper Commodity Vouchers, Hereinafter Referred To As Vouchers, Which Entitle Customers Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Stalowa Wola To Make Cashless Purchases Of Food, Chemical And Industrial Products (Excluding Alcohol, Tobacco Products And Electronics And Household Appliances) At Sales Points (Retail Outlets) Indicated By The Contractor.2. The Concept Of Vouchers Should Be Understood As Bearer Identification Marks Issued And Offered By The Contractor, In Paper Form, Subject To Exchange For Goods, Provided That The Issue Of Vouchers Cannot Constitute An Act Of Unfair Competition Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 16, 1993 On Combating Unfair Competition (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 85).3. Vouchers Must Entitle You To Make Non-Cash Purchases Of: A) Food Products At Least Such As: Dairy Products, Bread, Cold Cuts, Meat, Vegetables, Fruit, Flour, Groats, Rice, Pasta. B) Cleaning Products At Least Such As: Soap, Shampoo, Toothpaste, Dishwashing Liquid, Washing Powder.4. Vouchers With Denominations: Pln 50.00; Pln 20.00; Pln 10.00; With A Total Maximum Value Of: Pln 600,000.00 (In Words: Six Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100):1) From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 With A Value Of Pln 300,000.00 (In Words: Three Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100);2) From January 1, 2028 To December 31, 2028 With A Value Of Pln 300,000.00 (Say: Three Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100).5. The Total Number Of Goods Vouchers Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. Failure By The Contractor To Achieve The Above-Mentioned Value May Not Result In Any Claims From The Contractor. Vouchers Should Be Prepared And Delivered Successively.
