1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Physical Protection Services For The Building, People And Property In 2027 At The Terminal Kultury Gocław Facility At Ul. Jana Nowaka Jeziorańskiego 24 In Warsaw - A Branch Of The Center For The Promotion Of Culture, Among Others: 1) Ensuring The Safety Of People Within The Boundaries Of The Terminal Facility; 2) Protecting The Terminal Premises Against Access By Unauthorized Persons; 3) Protecting The Terminal Property Against Theft, Destruction Or Damage; 4) Preventing Disturbances In The Terminal Area And Notifying The Appropriate Employee Of The Ordering Party, The Person Responsible For Administering The Facility, About Events Causing A Disturbance; 5) Immediately Notifying Law Enforcement Authorities About Criminal Acts Occurring On The Terminal Premises And Securing The Place Where They Were Committed Until The Arrival Of Law Enforcement Authorities; 6) Controlling Passenger Traffic Outside The Terminals Working Hours And Material Traffic; 7) Keeping Security Documentation, In Particular A Shift Log Containing Data On The Start And End Time Of The Shift, The Staffing Of The Shift And The Distribution Of Individual Security Staff And The Time They Perform Their Tasks, As Well As An Ongoing Shift Report Containing All Relevant Information Regarding The Takeover, Course And Transfer Of The Security Service;8) Operating The Television Surveillance System In The Terminal Building;9) Carrying Out Inspections Of Vehicles Parked In The So-Called An Envelope Intended For Terminal Official Vehicles.2.A Detailed Description And Scope Of Services Are Set Out In Annexes No. 9 And 10 To The Swz. Note. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Representative Office Of His Company In The Capital City Of Warsaw Or Within A Radius Of 30 Km From Its Borders, So As To Regularly And Personally Inspect And Verify The Provision Of Services. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Provides A Coordinator Available 24 Hours A Day, Who Resides In The Capital City Of Warsaw Or Within A Radius Of 30 Km From Its Borders.3.Additional Obligations Of The Contractor Resulting From The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1245, Consolidated Text) Employees/Employees Directly Performing Work Related To The Execution Of The Order In The Field Of Direct Permanent Protection Of Persons And Property In The Facility Specified In Point 1 Of Annex No. 1 To The Contract, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Required By The Ordering Party.
