Work Detail
The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Fine Coal From January 1, 2027. Until December 31, 2027 In An Estimated Amount Of 1,600 Tons. The Order Will Be Executed At The Price Per 1 Ton Of Fine Coal Presented In The Offer. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, Based On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Up To The Amount Of Funds Intended To Finance The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Estimated Size Of The Order Is 1,600 Tons And May Be Reduced Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party Resulting From Weather Conditions, But Will Not Be Lower Than 800 Tons (Option Right). In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Actual Quantity Of Fine Dust Delivered, At The Unit Costs Indicated In The Submitted Offer.
