Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Electricity For The Addiction Treatment Center In Woskowice Małe And Wotuiw In Opole For A Period Of 12 Months From December 1, 2026 To November 30, 2027.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Ordering Party (Including Delivery) Within The Meaning Of The Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266), Hereinafter Referred To As Energy Law, To The Addiction Treatment Center In Woskowice Małe And The Provincial Addiction And Co-Dependency Therapy Center In Opole. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Opz Contains Tariff Groups, A List Of Energy Consumption Points, Forecast Amounts Of Ordered Electricity Along With Additional Information Necessary To Calculate The Offer. The Forecast Electricity Consumption Specified By The Ordering Party Is Indicative And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Amount. The Amount Of Electricity Consumed By The Ordering Party Will Be Determined Based On Direct Readings Of The Measurement And Billing Systems. The Ordering Party Reserves That It May Purchase A Larger Or Smaller Amount Of Energy Than The Forecast, In Accordance With The Actual Energy Demand During The Term Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Not Claim Any Rights For Not Collecting The Estimated Amount Of Energy, The Actual Amount Of Energy Consumed Will Be Settled According To The Prices Specified In The Tender Offer. The Places Of Execution Of The Order Have Been Indicated At The Consumption Points, I.E.: Consumption Point 1 With The Place Of Energy Supply: Detox Treatment Center In Woskowice Małe, Woskowice Małe, Ul. Pałacowa 15, 46-100 Namysłów, Consumption Point 2 With The Place Of Energy Supply: Provincial Center For Addiction And Co-Addiction Therapy In Opole Ul. Głogowska 25B, 45-315 Opole. A Photovoltaic Micro-Installation Is Installed At Consumption Point 1, And Submitting An Offer And Selecting It Also Constitutes An Obligation For The Parties To Conclude An Agreement For The Purchase Of Electricity From This Installation On The Terms Described In The Opz And In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Constitute Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
