1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Over A Period Of 12 Months, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Ep Act. Delivery (Purchase And Distribution) Of Electricity Will Take Place To The Facility In Rybno. Electricity Will Be Supplied To The Building Of The State Archaeological Museum, Warehouse And Study Center, Address: Parkowa 4, 96-514 Rybno To The Energy Consumption Point (Ppe) Number 590543540400317484. Estimated Amount Of Energy Consumed Over A 12-Month Period: 153,368.00 Kwh.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 4 To Swz.3.The Electricity Consumption Given In Point 1 Is Indicative And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Amount. The Seller Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Energy.4.Actual Settlements Will Be Based On Current Readings Of Measurement And Billing Systems For The Supply Of Electricity In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. However, Settlements For The Distribution Of Electricity Will Be Based On The Fees Resulting From The Tariff For Electricity Distribution Services.5.Any Change In The Forecast Consumption Of Electricity Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Amount Of Energy Actually Consumed, According To The Unit Prices Specified In The Contractors Offer.6.As Of The Date Of Commencement Of The Service Provision, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Comprehensive Agreement With The Distribution System Operators To Whose Networks The Ordering Partys Facilities Are Connected, Enabling The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service For The Facilities Covered By This Order. 7. Under The Option Provided For In The Contract (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), The Ordering Party Has The Right To Increase The Estimated Amount Of Electricity, No More Than 20% Of The Estimated Amount (Up To 184,041.60 Kwh), Due To The Increased Demand For Electricity During The Term Of The Contract.
