1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Acting As A Contract Engineer For The Implementation Of Construction Works/Supplies As Part Of The Project Titled: Future In Balance. Together With Switzerland For A Better And Safer Słupsk For Tasks Including: Thermal Modernization Of Buildings, Replacement Of Electrical And Lighting Installations, Delivery And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation, Modernization And Expansion Of Video Monitoring And Wifi Networks In Public Facilities In Słupsk.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Comprehensive Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law (In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law) Along With Control Of The Financial Settlement Of The Investment, 2) Management Of The Construction/Delivery Process At The Stage Of Its Implementation In Order To Effectively Enforce From Contractors Selected Through Tender Procedures That They Meet The Requirements Regarding The Quality Of Materials Used And The Execution Of Construction Works/Supplies, Implementation Costs And Task Performance Based On Design Documentation In Accordance With The Issued Decisions, Relevant Legal And Technical Regulations, Within The Time Limit Set In The Contract With The Contractors, In Order To Achieve The Purpose Of The Project, 3) Cooperation With The Ordering Party And Taking Actions On Its Behalf During The Implementation Of Construction Works And Deliveries, Issuing Orders, Decisions, Opinions, Consents, Acceptances And Conclusions For Contractors, 4) Supporting The Ordering Party In All Technical, Administrative And Financial Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Task, 5) Carrying Out Activities During The Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty Granted By Contractors Of Construction Works And Deliveries, 6) Preparing Reports And Reports On The Implementation Of Investments - Separately For Each Investment,7) The Scope Of Construction Works And Deliveries To Be Supervised, Includes In Particular: A) The Electrical Industry, B) The Telecommunications Industry, C) The Construction Industry, D) The Sanitary Industry, E) And All Other Accompanying Works Necessary To Complete The Task.3.The Scope Of Construction Works/Supplies Being The Subject Of Supervision Is Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz Together With An Indication Of The Estimated Duration Of Construction Works/Supplies.4.The Planned Value Of Individual Tasks May Change After The Conclusion Of Tenders For Construction Works/Supplies, As Well As As A Result Of The Introduction Of Construction Works/Additional Deliveries Or Resignation From Part Of The Scope. The Duration Of Individual Tasks Is Also Indicative And Will Be Clearly Determined Immediately Before The Announcement Of Each Procedure.5.The Service Of Acting As A Contract Engineer Will Be Financed From The Funds Of The Second Edition Of Swiss Financial Assistance For Selected European Union Member States In Order To Reduce Socio-Economi
