The Subject Of Part I Of The Order Is The Provision Of Storage Services For Corpses And Human Remains As Well As The Rental Of Rooms With Technical Assistance For The Purpose Of Performing Forensic Medical Autopsies/Inspections/Presentation/Of Corpses And Human Remains Commissioned By The Prosecutors Offices Of The Bielsko-Biała District, I.E. The District Prosecutors Office In Bielsko-Biała And Its Subordinate Units Within The Area Of Operation Of The District Prosecutors Offices: Bielsko-Biała-Południe In Bielsko-Biała And Bielsko-Biała-Północ In Bielsko-Biała.2. As Part Of Part I Of The Order, Each Of The Bielsko District Prosecutors Offices May Commission Services Related To The Subject Of The Order. 3. Due To The Need For The Prosecutor To Participate In The Inspection And Opening Of The Body, The Rooms For Storing Corpses And Human Remains And For Conducting Forensic Medical Autopsies/Inspections/Presentation/Of Bodies And Human Remains Must Be Located Within The Operational Area (Administrative Boundaries Of The Area Of ​​Operation) Of The Prosecutors Offices Covered By A Given Part Of The Order. 4. The Scope Of Provision Of Services, Which Are The Subject Of Part I Of The Order, Includes The Following Activities: 1) Ensuring Appropriate Premises, In Accordance With Generally Applicable Law, For Storing Corpses And Human Remains And For Conducting Forensic Medical Autopsies / Inspections / Presentation / Of Corpses And Human Remains Within The Operating Area (Administrative Boundaries Of The Area Of Operation) Of Prosecutors Offices Covered By A Given Part Of The Order, 2) Readiness To Accept And Store Corpses And Human Remains From The Moment Of Their Arrival By A Funeral Home Until A Written Consent Is Issued By The Prosecutor Or Prosecutors Assessor To Bury The Corpse/Human Remains And Collect The Body After Conducting A Forensic-Medical Autopsy/Inspection/Presentation/Of The Corpse And Human Remains, 3) Providing The Premises Of The Mortuary For Conducting Forensic-Medical Autopsy/Inspection/Presentation/Of The Corpse And Human Remains,4) Ensuring Appropriate Staff To Take Care Of The Entrusted Corpses And Remains Human Beings,5) Preparing The Body For Forensic Medical Autopsy/Inspection/Presentation/Of Corpses And Human Remains Based On A Written Decision Of The Prosecutor Or Prosecutors Assessor,6) Providing Assistance And Service Of An Autopsy Technician With Appropriate Qualifications To Assist In The Autopsy/Inspection/Presentation Performed By An Expert Physician,7) Providing Materials, Devices, Tools, Appropriate And Specialized Equipment, Disinfectants, Etc., 8) Handing Over The Body To An Authorized Entity Based On The Consent Of The Prosecutor Or Prosecutors Assessor To Bury Corpses And Human Remains.5.
