1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Mobile Emergency Power Supply Set Intended To Carry Out Crisis Management Tasks And Secure Activities Related To Crisis Management. 2. The Order Includes 1 Complete Set Of Mobile Emergency Power Supply. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented Under Co-Financing From The Interreg Vi-A Lithuania - Poland 2021-2027 Program - Ready Together: Crisis Management In Border Municipalities. 5. Whenever In The Procedure Documentation The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party To An Extent Not Worse Than The Requirements Indicated In The Opz. Equivalent Solutions Are Devices And Systems With At Least The Same Or Better Technical, Functional, Functional And Operational Parameters. The Burden Of Demonstrating Equivalence Rests With The Contractor.
