4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance And Repair Of Electrical Installations, Sanitary Installations And Locksmith And Carpentry Repairs In The Facilities Of The District Prosecutors Office In Warsaw And In The District Prosecutors Offices Subordinated To It.4.2.The Contractor Will Provide Three Employees At All Times On The Employers Business Days From 8:15 A.M. To 4:15 P.M., Including At The Headquarters Of The District Prosecutors Office In Warsaw At Ul. Chocimska 28, One Permanent Employee (Performing Minor Maintenance Works And Repairs In The Following Industries: Electrical Installations, Sanitary Installations And Locksmith And Carpentry Repairs). As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Will Provide 24-Hour Technical Assistance, Available To The Ordering Party 7 Days A Week, Including Sundays And Holidays.4.3.To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Assign: A) At Least One Person With Confirmed Qualifications In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 1, 2022 On Detailed Rules For Confirming The Qualifications Of Persons Involved In The Operation Of Devices, Installations And Networks (Journal Of Laws, Item 1392), Qualifications For The Operation Of Devices, Installations And Power Networks Generating, Processing, Transmitting And Consuming Electricity, At Least In The Scope Of: - Devices, Installations And Power Networks With A Voltage Not Higher Than 1 Kv, − Control And Measurement Equipment As Well As Automatic Regulation Devices And Installations; Control And Protection Of Devices And Installations Listed In Point 1-12. B) At Least One Person With Technical Knowledge Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order In The Field Of Water Supply, Sewage And Hot Water Installations.
