Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Backhoe Loader For The Needs Of The Grabówka Commune As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026

The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused Backhoe Loader With The Required Accessories, Equipment And A Set Of Documents Enabling Its Use, First Registration And Admission To Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland For The Needs Of The Grabówka Commune In Order To Protect The Population And Build The Countrys Civil Defense System. The Equipment Delivered Under The Subject Order Must Be Free From Any Defects And Damage, Without Prior Use, Come From The Manufacturers Legal Sales Channel And Cannot Be Subject To Third Party Rights. It Is Not Allowed To Use (Subject Of The Order) Or Their Elements - Refurbished, Demonstration Or Post-Exhibition, Post-Leasing. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
