Description Of The Subject Of The Order1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Crushed Aggregate Category C50/30 With A Grain Size Of 0-31.5 Mm For The Needs Of The District Roads Authority In Hajnówka. Deliveries Will Be Provided Each Time At The Request Of The Ordering Party To The Construction Site/District Road Indicated By The Ordering Party, Using The Contractors Own Transport - I.E. Using Self-Unloading Vehicles. The Quantity Of A Single Delivery Of Aggregate Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party Together With The Contractor.2.The Order Includes The Supply Of A Mixture Of Unbound Aggregates, Crushed Aggregate 0/31.5 Mm Category C50/30 Intended For Use In Road Construction, In Accordance With Pn-En13242 And The Requirements Specified In Wt -4 2025 - To The Extent Appropriate To The Intended Use: A) Construction Of The Foundation On A Section Of District Road No. 1640B For The Purpose Of Its Reconstruction B) Performance Of Maintenance Works On A Section Of The District Road No. 1640B - Supplementation, Leveling Of The Gravel Road Surface. Estimated Quantity Of Aggregate Ordered: 5,652 Tons [1 Ton = 1 Mg]3.The Delivered Aggregate Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification Constituting An Annex To This Swz And The Requirements Specified In The Standard: Pn-En 13242 Aggregates For Unbound And Hydraulically Bound Materials Used In Buildings And Road Construction And Technical Requirements Wt-4 2025 Unbound Mixtures For National Roads Constituting An Annex To Order No. 8 Of 10 April 20254.The Delivered Aggregate Should Have Appropriate Declarations Of Compliance With The Standard Or Laboratory Test Results Confirming Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements. Standards Within The Scope Specified In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz). The Delivered Aggregate Should Be Clean, Free From Admixtures Of Undesirable Materials Such As Clay, Humus, Metal, Plastic, Wooden And Other Waste, As Well As Hazardous Materials: Asbestos, Ash, Etc. 5. If There Is Any Doubt As To The Quality Of The Delivered Aggregate, The Ordering Party Will Set A Date For A Joint Inspection, From Which A Report Will Be Prepared. The Ordering Party, In Cooperation With The Contractor, Will Collect Aggregate Samples And Have Them Tested By A Certified Road Laboratory. If The Result Is Obtained That The Material Does Not Comply With The Conditions Specified In The Swz, The Contractor Will Reimburse The Ordering Party For The Costs Of Testing (I.E. Providing A Sample, Transport, Testing And Delivering The Results To The Ordering Party). The Ordering Party May Deduct These Costs From The Contractors Remuneration. The Test Result Confirming The Defects Of The Delivered Material Is Equivalent To The Acceptance Of The Complaint.
