The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Office Furniture In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Unloading, Bringing In, Assembling And Setting Them Up.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Furniture To The Headquarters Of The Ministry Of Agriculture And Rural Development, Ul. Wspólna 30, 00-930 Warszawa.3.The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively, In Accordance With The Orders Placed By The Ordering Party, Referred To In § 2 Of The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.4.The Furniture Delivered Must Be Brand New, Of Adequate Quality, Not Previously Used, Not From Display At Sales Points, Meeting The Functions And Method Of Use Resulting From The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Draft Contract).5.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract.
