The Furniture Produced Is Intended For Office And Public Spaces. The Furniture Meets The Requirements Of Occupational Health And Safety And Ergonomics Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of December 1, 1998 On Occupational Health And Safety At Positions Equipped With Screen Monitors (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 58) - Applies To Furniture Intended For Administrative And Office Rooms..4. All Materials Used To Produce Furniture Equipment Must Have Hygienic Certificates.4. The Ordering Party Allows An On-Site Visit On A Date Previously Agreed By Telephone: 32/621 20 11 - Technical Department.5. The Offered Goods Must Be Unused And Not Displayed At Exhibitions Or Fairs, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete And Ready For Work, And Must Meet The Technical And Functional Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.6.Required Warranty Period: Min. 24 Months, Max. 30 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order, And The Warranty Period Must Be Equal To The Warranty Period (The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers). 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law.
