The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Configuration And Commissioning Of Radiocommunications Terminal Equipment In The Tetra Standard In The Sbłp-T System In 14 Locations In The Limanowa District, I.E. In: 1) In The Dobra Commune, 2) In The Jodłownik Commune, 3) In The Kamienica Commune, 4) In The Laskowa Commune, 5) In The City Of Limanowa (3 Locations), 6) In The Limanowa Commune, 7) In The Commune Łukowica,8) In The Mszana Dolna Commune,9) In The Town Of Mszana Dolna,10) In The Niedźwiedź Commune,11) In The Szczawa Commune, 12) In The Tymbark Commune. 2. The Order Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program (Olioc) For 2025-2026. Area: 2. Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies. Section: Supplementing Resources And Infrastructure Necessary To Carry Out Olioc Tasks.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Its Scope And Terms Of Implementation Are Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annexes To The Specification Of Terms Of Order.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Brand New Subject Of The Order, Not Bearing Any Signs Of Use, Manufactured Taking Into Account Current Technologies And Technical Standards, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Having Appropriate Certificates Allowing It To Be Sold And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order With Due Care. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Quality Of The Radio Equipment Delivered And The Installation Works Performed. 6. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Covered By A Warranty Of At Least 24 Months. The Guarantee Is A Criterion For Evaluating Offers In The Manner Specified In Point 20.2. Point 2 Of The Swz. The Final Length Of The Warranty Will Be Specified By The Contractor In The Offer Form, Point 2. The Warranty Period Applies To The Entire Subject Of The Order.
