Tenders Are Invited For Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving Led Ones With Partial Replacement Of Poles

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Brand New Energy-Saving Led Lighting Fixtures And Lighting Poles, Along With The Dismantling Of Existing Fixtures And Selected Poles, Installation Of The Delivered Devices, Connection, Commissioning, Performance Of The Required Measurements And Tidying Up The Work Sites, As Part Of The Task Entitled Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving Led Ones With Partial Replacement Of Poles, In The Scope Specified In: 1) Design Documentation Specifying The Technical Requirements And Replacement Locations, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Used In The Scope Of Technical Requirements For Delivery, Disassembly And Assembly, 3) Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Of An Auxiliary Nature.2.The Detailed Scope Of Delivery, Including Disassembly And Assembly, Referred To In Section 1, Are Specified In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb In The Scope Relating To The Subject Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3.The Subject Of The Agreement Performed By The Contractor And Handed Over To The Ordering Party Will Be Fully Consistent With The Agreement And Will Meet The Needs For Which It Is Intended.4.The Bill Of Quantities And Quantitative Statements Provided In The Proceedings Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. In Case Of Discrepancies, The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Design Documentation, Including Explanations And Changes To The Swz, Shall Prevail. The Lump Sum Remuneration Covers All Deliveries And Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Described Subject Matter Of The Agreement. This Provision Does Not Exclude Changes To The Agreement Permitted In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law.5.The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions If The Subject Of The Contract Described Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101(1). 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. If The Names Of Manufacturers, Models, Device Types, Trademarks Or Other Markings Identifying A Specific Solution Are Indicated, These Indications Define The Required Technical, Functional And Quality Standard. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, Provided That The Contractor Demonstrates That They Meet The Requirements Specified In The Opz, Ensure Compatibility With The Ordering Partys System And Do Not Reduce The Functionality, Security Or Reliability Of The System.7.The Contractor Who Used Equivalent Or Better Solutions Is Obliged To Indicate Them In His Offer And Demonstrate Their Equivalence Or Superiority To The Solutions Described In Opz.8.The Burden Of Proof To Prove The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions With The Solutions Described By Indicating An Example Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Rests With The Contractor.
