The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Villages Of Sułoszowa And Wola Kalinowska In The 2026/2027 Season. The Subject Of The Order Includes Snow Removal, Roughening And Snow Removal Together With Roughening Of Municipal Roads With An Estimated Length Of 18.85 Km In Accordance With Annex No. 1.1 To The Contract. Each Bidder Should Read And Check The Individual Routes, Which Specify Roads And Streets For Winter Maintenance, In Order To Familiarize Themselves With The Conditions Related To The Performance Of The Service That Is The Subject Of The Order And To Obtain Any Additional Information Necessary And Useful For The Evaluation Of The Works/Services, As The Possibility Of Claims By The Contractor Due To Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary To Perform The Contract Is Excluded. The Costs Of Inspecting The Roads/Streets That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Borne By The Bidder.
