These Markings Are Intended Only To Describe The Minimum Technical Parameters That These Products Should Meet. The Ordering Party Will Consider Goods With No Worse Technical And Operational Parameters Than Those Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order To Be An Equivalent Product. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party May Not Reject The Offer Only Because The Offered Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Are Not Compliant With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
