The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of A Draft Local Spatial Development Plan For The Waste Landfill Area In The Area Of ​​Komunalna Street In An Area With An Area Of Approx. 52 Ha. The Subject Of The Plan Will Be The Intended Use Of The Area In Accordance With The Provisions Of The General Plan Of The Tarnów City Commune And The Definition Of The Principles Of Its Development. In The General Plan Of The Tarnów City Commune, This Area Is Designated As An Infrastructure Zone And An Open Zone. For The Infrastructure Zone, The Basic Profile Includes: Technical Infrastructure Area, Communication Area, Allotment Garden Area, And The Additional Profile: Forest Area, Production Area, Service Area And Natural Greenery Area. The Draft Plan Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538, As Amended), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance And Economy Of September 7, 2026 On The Method Of Preparing A Draft Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws, Item 1192), Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 17, 2021 On The Required Scope Of The Draft Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws, Item 2404), Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 670, As Amended) And Other Legal Acts Regulating Planning And Spatial Development Issues. The Provisions Of The Draft Plan Should Be Formulated In A Clear Manner And Exclude The Possibility Of Any Interpretation, In Accordance With The Principles Contained In The Regulation Of The Prime Minister Of June 20, 2002 On The Principles Of Legislative Technique (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 300). Local Plans Are Documents Whose Completeness And Formal Correctness Will Be Checked By The Ordering Party Upon Receipt And By The Voivode In Order To Assess Compliance With The Law.
