The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services And Specialized Care Services At The Place Of Residence Of Mops Residents In Żory In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, Falling Within The Scope Of Social Assistance Benefits Specified In Art. 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 639, As Amended) (Excluding Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders) Provided To Persons Requiring Assistance In Their Place Of Residence, Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Due To A Particular Health Condition, Including Those Whose Difficulties In Everyday Functioning Are Caused By Old-Age Diseases, Require Assistance And Care From Others People. The Ordering Partys Clients May Also Include People With Infectious Or Parasitic Diseases, And The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide Services To These People. Persons Providing Direct Services To The Above-Mentioned People Require Additional Protection Measures Provided For By Law To Protect Them Against Infection.
