1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electric Fence Sets To Protect Against Damage Caused By Wolves In The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2) The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Preventing Damage Caused By Beavers On Farms And Property And Protecting Farm Animals Against Wolves In The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Implemented Under The Contract With The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management No. 402/2025/Wn14/Op-Wk/D Of November 25, 2025.3) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.4) Order Is Awarded As Part Of A Contract Whose Estimated Value Exceeds Pln 170,000.00 And Does Not Exceed The Amount Specified In The Announcement Of The President Of The Public Procurement Office Issued Pursuant To Art. 3 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Second Procedure Will Be Carried Out In 2027.5) The Subject Of The Basic Order Is The Delivery Of 24 Sets Of Electric Fences To Protect Against Damage Caused By Wolves With The Parameters Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, To The Locations Indicated In The List Of Places Of Delivery To Recipients Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.6) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right To Increase The Subject Of The Order By An Additional Number Of Up To 6 Sets Of Electric Fences To Protection Against Damage Caused By Wolves.7) The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In Whole Or In Part By Submitting A Declaration Of Will To Activate The Option Within 3 Business Days Of Signing The Contract.8) The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Optional Order Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 9) The Unit Price For Making 1 Set Of Electric Fences To Protect Against Damage Caused By Wolves Under The Option Law Will Be In Accordance With Item 1 Offer Form As In The Basic Order. Transport And Unloading Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Locations Indicated In The List Of Places Of Delivery To Recipients Will Not Be Additionally Included In The Option Law (The Price Given In The Offer Is Not Subject To Conversion).10) The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifies Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract.
