The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Statement Confirming That The Offered Operating System License Comes From A Legal Source And Was Purchased In The Republic Of Poland. If Quantitative Deficiencies Are Found In The Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replenish Them Within The Time Agreed In The Protocol By The Parties To The Contract, But No Longer Than 7 Business Days From The Date Of Finding The Deficiencies.
