The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Including In Particular: A) Taking Measurements Of Blue-Collar Workers And Individual Fitting Of Clothing, Delivering Clothing To The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Specifications Indicated In The Request For Quotation, Assigning Each Piece Of Clothing To An Employee And Location, Permanently Marking Clothing With An Identification Code Or Barcode, Placing The Ordering Partys Logo On The Clothing, B) Servicing And Repairing Clothing Within Specified Periods, C) Delivering Clothing To The Ordering Party, Transporting Clothing Between The Ordering Party And The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Responsible For Collecting Dirty Or Damaged Clothes, Bringing Clean Or Repaired Clothes And Putting Them Into Lockers, Performing Ongoing Control Of The Circulation Of Clothes, D) Delivery, Rental, Service And Maintenance Of Lockers And Wardrobes For Dirty Clothes (Dirty Lockers), E) Delivery Of New Clothes For Employees Who Were Not Covered By The Clothing Rental Service At The Time Of Concluding The Contract, F) Replacement And Disposal Of Used Clothes.
