A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. If The Tor Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Which Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, The Ordering Party Allows A Solution Equivalent To The Described One, Provided That They Have No Worse Properties And Quality And Do Not Lead To A Change In Technology. The Names Indicated In The Documentation Should Be Treated As Examples. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That The Supplies He Offers As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Brand New, Unused, Fully Functional And Ready-To-Use Tractor With Accessories To Which Third Parties Have No Rights And Which Meets Safety, Technical And Functional-Utility Requirements.
