Complete replacement / reconstruction of three receiving docks at Alton Mental Health Center. Docks are located at the Willow Building, Storeroom, and Forensic Center. Work includes demolition of existing dock structures as required, reconstruction of dock platforms, installation of new concrete stairs and handrails (or repair of existing), installation of dock bumpers, restoration of adjacent concrete sections, and specific height and angle adjustments to ensure proper truck interface.
