The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of 1 New Interoperable Locomotive With An Integrated Etcs System. The Subject Of The Contract Is Precisely Defined And Described In Appendix No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation. The Contracting Authority Submitted An Application For A Subsidy In The Opd3 Program. The Expected Level Of Co-Financing From Public Sources Does Not Exceed 50% Of The Value Of The Public Order. For This Reason, The Contracting Authority Awards The Contract In Accordance With The Rules For Applicants And Beneficiaries Of The Opd3 Program, According To Which It Is A Contract Of Higher Value.
